Stop the negative chatter, please!

Apparently, 80% of our internal dialogue is negative, and 90% of that is the same content as the day before. We can be our own worst enemies.

But don't despair; there is a solution. In this video, I provide a very simple tool to help break the negative chatter and get you back on track with more of a positive outlook.
