I am an imposter

When you feel it, you feel it. My suggestion is that you let it out and be authentic with how you feel. Humans are emotional beings, those emotions are part of who you are. If you bottle them up, they will look to escape in some way, and no-one wants that. Letting your emotions be seen and heard can be as therapeutic as you being seen and heard.
