Overcoming fear by controlling your thoughts

You know what it's like to be at the top of your game, you've worked hard to get there.

But when change happens, it can wipe clean everything that provides us with our sense of identity. This absence of identity creates chaos, confusion, and a sense of being out of control.

We are more afraid today of conflicts, bosses, emails, and other work or family related issues.

Whatever creates a thought that could spark a fear response will create the same experience as if you were facing down a lion.

Will you run, fight, or freeze?

We can overcome much of the fear we experience by taking captive out thoughts. Control what we think and we can control what we feel.
